MASTER OT J183351.4-675637.7 discovery - new bright dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>5.4m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 33m 51.4s -67d 56m 37.7s on 2016-08-22.072UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (mlim=20.0m).
There are 8 images with OT.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-07-06.112UT with m_lim=19.2 (MASTER-OAFA), on 2015-11-04.807UT with m_lim=20.4.
There is no any known sources in VIZIER database, that means 22m POS limit and more then 5.4m current outburst of OT .
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTEROTJ183351.4-675637.7.jpg

MASTER OT J191626.7-674414.5 - dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>3.8m (only Galex known source)

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 16m 26.8s -67d 44m 15.5s on 2016-08-2016-08-22.075UT
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2 (mlim=20.0m).
There are 8 images with OT.
We have reference unfiltered image without OT on 2016-08-07.057UT with m_lim=20.0
There is no known sources except GALEX one in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit in history and more then 3.8m current outburst. The UV is one of argumnt to dwarf nova (accretion to white dwarf).
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTEROTJ191626.7-674414.5.jpg

These are the first optical transients, detected by MASTER-OAFA (MASTER Global Robotic Net), that we mounted in June,2016 at Observatorio Astronomico Felix Aguilar of San Juan National University with support of Instituto de Ciencias Astronomicas, de la Tierra y del Espacio, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow Association OPTIKA.
