MASTER OT J213350.58+065122.5 discovery - possibly dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4.2, no source in VIZIER

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 33m 50.58s +06d 51m 22.5s on 2016-07-27.94690 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (limit 18.0m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. We reobserved it at MASTER-SAAO on 2016-08-02 23:15:48 with m_OT=18.1

MASTER OT J211343.51-644019.4 discovery - OT with Ampl>3.4m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 13m 43.51s -64d 40m 19.4s on 2016-08-01.93853 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.6m (limit 20.2m).
The OT is seen in 7 images. We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-06.86088 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.
There is only GSC2.3.2 star with blue j=20.35 during its previous outburst. Taking into account 22m upper limit from POSS images, current outburst is with ampl>3.4m
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J151925.64-183101.5 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>2.6m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 19m 25.64s -18d 31m 01.5s on 2016-08-01.81626 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 19.4m (limit 20.4m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-07-03.90478 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.6m. There is GSC2.3.2 star with blue j=20.34 and red f=19.8 during last outburst (22m POSS limit between them), so current outburst is more then 2.6m.
Spectral observations are required.
