MASTER OT J205316.61-105633.1 discovery - very bright (14.8m) high amplitude (>7.2m) OT

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 53m 16.61s -10d 56m 33.1s on 2016-07-24.10765 UT.
The OT unfiltered (W=0.2B+0.8R, calibrated by USNO-B1) magnitude is 14.8m (limit 18.7m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-11-04.88066 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m. There is no previous outbursts at these coordinates in MASTER-Kislovodsk,Tunka,Amur,SAAO database from 2008y.
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m limit and more then 7.2 magnitude currentc amplitude of outburst
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/205316.61-105633.1.png
