MASTER OT J144732.66-191242.1 discovery - PSN in 8.7"W,20"S of PGC858421

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 47m 32.66s -19d 12m 42.1s on 2016-07-09.87385 UT.
PSN unfiltered magnitude is 17.7m (limit 19.8m).
This PSN is seen in 4 images (2016-07-09 20:58:21.738UT, 2016-07-10 21:15:49.153UT) in 8.7"W,20"S of PGC858421. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without OT on 2016-06-08 18:52:56UT with unfiltered m_lim=19.7, on 2016-04-14.98176 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.2m.

MASTER OT J154758.65-261337.1 discovery - new dwarf nova in outburst, Ampl>3.8m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 47m 58.65s -26d 13m 37.1s on 2016-07-09.86204 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2m (limit 19.7m)
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.There is no any ourcein VIZIER database, it means POSS 22m limit and current amplitude more then 3.8m
We reobserved it at MASTER-SAAO on 2016-07-11 17:03:45.421 with m_OT=18.7
We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-04.05436 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.

MASTER OT J152701.21-314433.6 detection- possibly dwarf nova outburst, ampl>3.4m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 27m 01.21s -31d 44m 33.6s on 2016-07-09.81534 UT.
The OT unfiltered (0.2B+0.8R calibrated by USNO-B1) magnitude is 16.6m (limit 19.9m).
The OT is seen in 10 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
There is USNO-B1 star with known R2=20.0, so the amplitude of current outburst is more then 3.4m
We have reference image without OT on 2016-05-08.07247 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.5m.
Spectral observations are required.
