MASTER OT J211223.35+144645.1 discovery - PSN in 4.4" of GALEX galaxy
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 12m 23.35s +14d 46m 45.1s on 2016-06-21.08257 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.2m (limit 18.1m).
The OT is seen in 3 images.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-12-10.81226 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/211223.35144645.1.png
MASTER OT J012303.34-492007.7 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 23m 03.34s -49d 20m 07.7s on 2016-06-17.09588 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (limit 19.2m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-10.89747 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.5m.
There is USNO-B1 star in 0.3" with B2=18.71,R2=19.51,I=19.12, and GSC 2.3.2 blue mag 22.26 (at minimum?), it means the current outburst amplitude is more then 4m
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J095958.98-190100.6 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>7m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 09h 59m 58.98s -19d 01m 00.6s on 2016-06-17.77954 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 13.3m (limit 18.8m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-04-12.80183 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m.
There is USNO-B1 star with B=20.71,R=20.70 and GALEX source, it means the dwarf nova outburst with current amplitude more then 7m.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/095958.98-190100.6.png
This OT is also presents at ASASSN page (undependent detection?)
