MASTER OT J220727.43-053121.8 discovery - PSN in SDSS J220727.80-053127.5 galaxy

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 22h 07m 27.43s -05d 31m 21.8s on 2016-06-16.09813 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2m (limit 18.7m).
The OT is seen in 6 image. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-09-05.95662 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.5m.
This PSN is in 8.09" from the center of Sloan galaxy with r_mag=19.1
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J011751.75-560158.6 discovery - new dwarf nova outburst with ampl>2.8m, no known sources in VIZIER

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 17m 51.75s -56d 01m 58.6s on 2016-06-13.06337 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 19.2m (limit 19.9m).
The OT is seen in 7 images.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-11-02.87096 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.5m.
There is no sources in VIZIER database (22m POSS limits), but there is marginally seen object at blue and red POSS plates fainter then limits. So the amplitude of current outburt is more then 2.8m Spectral observations are required.
