MASTER OT J205816.98+235812.6 discovery - CV with 5m amplitude or PSN in SDSS galaxy
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 58m 16.98s +23d 58m 12.6s on 2016-06-09.03890 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (limit 19.4m). The OT is seen in 3 images.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-04-30.18269 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.2m.
There are the stars in 0.939" and in 3.115" in The SDSS Photometric Catalog, Release7. But in 9th Release the second star is classified as galaxy with different colors then in 7 one, and the first star is absence.
So there are 2 scenario:
1) the first star can be in outburst at the time of survey for 7th release, and is less then the limits of the survey for release 9. It means the amplitude of the current (MASTER) outburst is more then 5m (the SDSS limits https://www.sdss3.org/dr9/scope.php).
2) There is PSN possibility. This PSN is in 3.041" from the SDSS J205816.83+235814.8 galaxy (r_mag=21.4, 9), and in this case it will be a Superluminous SN (last image without it is one month ago).
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J233129.53-314648.8 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>3.6m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 31m 29.53s -31d 46m 48.8s on 2016-06-12.97310 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.4m (limit 19.6m).We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-16.88648 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.1m.
The OT is seen in 6 image. There isa GALEX source in 0.3" (accretion) and no optical sources inside 5" (VIZIER database) - 22m POSS previous limits, so the ampl of current outburst is more then 3.6m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J191908.95-124942.3 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4.5m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 19m 08.95s -12d 49m 42.3s on 2016-06-13.99837 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.2m (limit 18.0m).The OT is seen in 11 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-07-17.03985 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.0m.
There is a GALEX source, it means the accretion to white dwarf and dwarf nova current outburst. The GSC blue jmag=21.7(previous outburst in 1979)
Spectral observations are required.
