MASTER OT J83637.5+733504.8 - bright (15.9) PSN in 19.53" of barred spiral PGC024209 (LSB?)

MASTEr-Amur auto-detection system Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 08h 36m 37.5s +73d 35m 04.8s on 2016-06-04 16:14:44.427UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.9.

We have reference images without PSN on 2016-05-25 20:01:44UT with unfiltered m_lim=18.6 in MASTER-Kislovodsk database.

This PSN is in 19.53" of barred spiral PGC024209 and there are 6 images with it.

Mean surface brightness within isophote 25 of PGC024209 is 24.56, that is less then 23 as a boundary for low surface brightness galaxies.
