MASTER OT J121618.59+145308.9 discovery - QSO flare, ampl>6m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 16m 18.59s +14d 53m 08.9s on 2016-04-14.99251 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.8m (limit 18.8m).
The OT is seen in 5 images. We have reference image without OT on 2016-01-10.07370 UT with unf. m_lim=20.5m.
This is a source from SDSS QSO candidates and NIR-matched QSO catalog (and a blue source with m_OT=21.84m in APM-North Catalog).
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/121618.59145308.9.png

MASTER OT J082553.24-663037.5 discovery - possible dwarf nova outburst, ampl>3.9m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 08h 25m 53.24s -66d 30m 37.5s on 2016-04-13.82170 UT with unfiltered (w=0.2B+0.8R, calibrated to USNO-B1) m_OT=16.6m (the limit is 19.3m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. We have reference image without OT on 2015-03-14.88086 UT with unfiltered m_lim=20.1m.
There is USNO-B1 star with B2=20.05, R2=20.56, so we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>3.9m.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/082553.24-663037.5.png

MASTER OT J182643.42+613816.2 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>3.4 now (4.5 in past)

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 26m 43.42s +61d 38m 16.2s on 2016-04-14.97014 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.6m (limit 20.1m).
The OT is seen in 5 images. We have reference image without OT on 2014-02-07 03:08:08 UT with unfiltered m_lim=19.5.
We have previous outbursts on 2011-08-18 16:24:30.888UT with m_OT=17.9 in MASTER-Tunka database, and on 2010-04-20 23:21:32.549UT with m_OT=17.5 in MASTER-Kislovodsk database.
There is a blue GSC 2.3.2 star with Bj=21.84, so we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with historical amplitude more then 4.5m and current one more then 3.4m.
The discovery and reference images are http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/182643.42613816.2_1.png

MASTER OT J122201.31-271527.5 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>2.7

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 22m 01.31s -27d 15m 27.5s on 2016-04-13.94206 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.8m (limit 20.6m).The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-02-14.92002 UT with unf. m_lim=21.2.
There is blue USNO-B1 star with known B=21.47. This is GALEX source, so we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with ampl>2.7m.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/122201.31-271527.5.png

MASTER OT J130648.42+015859.7 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>2.6m

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 06m 48.42s +01d 58m 59.7s on 2016-04-12.15061 UT with unfiltered m_OT=19.4m (limit 20.4m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-14.11192 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.0m. There is no any known sources in VIZIER, it means 22m POSS limit and ampl>2.6m The discovery and reference images are http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/130648.42015859.7.png

Spectral observations are required for all OT
