MASTER OT J132713.97-021611.8 discovery - PSN in 4" of Sloan galaxy (g_mag=19.7, r_mag=19.4)
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 27m 13.97s -02d 16m 11.8s on 2016-03-27 23:11:36.387 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (limit 19.6m).
The OT is seen in 3 image. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-14.06275 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.9m.
This PSN is in 4" from disc Sloan galaxy
Spectral observations are required.
