MASTER OT J072858.62-652131.9 discovery - dwarf nova outburst with ampl>3m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system (Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 28m 58.62s -65d 21m 31.9s on 2016-02-28.87676 UT with unfiltered m_OT=19.0m (the limit is 20.3m). OT's photometry is :
2016-02-28 21:02:32.516UT m_OT=19.0
2016-02-28 21:13:36.672UT m_OT=18.9
2016-02-28 21:27:15.451UT m_OT=18.2

The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-11-13.99376 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.7m.
There is GSC2.3.2 star with known blue m=21.4, so we suggest >3m outburt's amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J200622.89+031935.3 discovery - dwarf nova outburst,ampl>3m

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 06m 22.89s +03d 19m 35.3s on 2016-03-01.09531 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.1m (the limit is 17.7m)
This OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images without OT
on 2015-07-16 14:14:24UT with m_lim=18.0,
on 2014-07-21.96896 UT with 19.2 unfiltered magnitude limit,
on 2013-06-06 18:12:19 UT mith m_lim=18.6,
on 2012-06-21 21:53:24 with m_lim=19.4,
on 2010-09-24 17:56:57UT with m_lim=18.3.

There is GC2.3.2,GALEX star at this place with known blue B=17.2+-0.4(previous outburst in 1990)

Spectral observations are required.
