MASTER OT J135633.67-340321.4 discovery - possibly bright dwarf nova outburst(16.6m) with Ampl>5.4m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 56m 33.67s -34d 03m 21.4s on 2015-12-15.07897 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (the limit is 18.8m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-02-23.04588 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.0m.

There is no any known source in VIZIER, CRTS observed this area, but no objects were found in the specified area. MASTER observed it on 2015-09-05 18:40:44 (m_lim=20.0), 2015-04-13 23:51:34 (m_lim=19.8) and on 2015-01-17 01:48:55 (m_lim=19.5) without OT.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/135633.67-340321.4.png

Additional observations to PNV J01334726+3026513(TOCP) = ASASSN-15th ( ATel #8349 ) = MASTER OT J013347.25+302653.3 ( ATEL #8407 )
We reobserved it on 2015-12-14.661UT with unfiltered (w=0.2B+0.8R calibrated to USNO-B1) m_OT=19.2 (m_lim=20.4)
