According to Swift/XRT data the blazar and VHE gamma ray source 1ES 1959+650 showed growth of X-ray flaring activity since August 2015, and it has reached very high level of 20.6 cts/s on 15 November 2015 (ATel #8289) in 0.3-10 keV band. Also the source are strongly brightened in GeV gamma-rays (Fermi/LAT) from July to October 2015 (ATel #8193). Before in 2014 we have observed 1ES 1959+650 with the RATAN-600 radio telescope during March-September almost monthly and measured the mean fluxes 0.23 +/- 0.02 and 0.25 +/- 0.02 at 4.8 and 11.2 GHz respectively. The new RATAN measurements on 21 November 2015 showed 0.36 +/- 0.03, 0.33 +/- 0.03 and 0.43 +/- 0.05 Jy at 4.8, 11.2 and 21.7 GHz respectively. Thus now we have detected the notable increase of the radio fluxes, and probably such values are the highest during of the radio measurements.
Below compiled radio spectra including the OVRO 40m telescope monitoring data at 15 GHz (Richards et al., 2015) and CATS data base are plotted. The current data are placed in the special data base
of the RATAN measurements of the blazars: http://www.sao.ru/blcat/.
