PESSTO, the Public ESO Spectroscopic Survey for Transient Objects (see Smartt et al. 2015, A&A, 579, 40; http://www.pessto.org ), reports the following supernova classifications. Targets were supplied by La Silla Quest (LSQ; Baltay et al. 2013, PASP, 125, 683), Pan-STARRS Survey for Transients (see Huber et al., ATel #7153), OGLE-IV Real-time Transient Search (Wyrzykowski et al., 2014 arxiv:1409.1095; http://ogle.astrouw.edu.pl/ ) and the TOCP webpage. All observations were performed on the ESO New Technology Telescope at La Silla on 2015 Nov. 18, using EFOSC2 and Grism 13 (3985-9315A, 18A resolution). Classifications were done with SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) and GELATO (Harutyunyan et al., 2008, A&A, 488, 383). Classification spectra can be obtained from http://www.pessto.org (via WISeREP).

(1) Blue continuum with broad Balmer lines; narrow H alpha from the host galaxy. At least 10 days after maximum based on the light curve.
(2) A decent fit to type IIb several days after maximum, but reasonable fits to SNe Ib as well.
(3) Very noisy spectrum; blue (featureless?) continuum. Rising light curve.
(4) A good fit to a normal SN II-P at ~a month after maximum. Narrow host galaxy Balmer lines.
(5) Best fit to a 1991bg-like SN Ia around maximum.

NB: There was a typo in the redshift of OGLE15qz (z=0.063) in the table of ATel #8296. The correct redshift, as reported in note (2), is z=0.63.
