We obtained optical spectra of ASASSN-15rb (ATel #8157) with the SPRAT spectrograph on the LT-2m telescope and with OSMOS on the MDM 2.4m on UT Nov. 12. The spectra show Balmer lines in emission at the redshift of the host galaxy (z=0.033574). The H-alpha line shows two velocity components (including a narrow line) without P-Cygni profiles, characteristic of a Type IIn supernova.
