MASTER OT J182927.98-773749.5 discovery - dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>2.3m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 29m 27.98s -77d 37m 49.5s on 2015-11-06.87134 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (limit 19.4m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-09-08.81086 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.1m.
There is IGSL star(and USNO-B1,etc) with B=21.299 and R=19.813, no I, no JHK. So we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with amplitude more then 2.3m .
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J182913.50+310624.2 discovery - dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>3.9m, no VIZIER
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 29m 13.50s +31d 06m 24.2s on 2015-11-03 22:18:26.093UT with the unfiltered magnitude m_OT=18.3 (the limit is 19.4m).
There are 16 images with OT in 3 days (2015-11-04 20:44:38.853 with m_OT=18.1, 2015-11-05 20:53:15.023 m_OT=18.5). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-07-20.97108 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.4m.
There is no any source in VIZIER(and POSS with ~22m limit), so we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with amplitude more then 3.9m .
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/182913.50310624.2.png
MASTER OT J000250.69+102403.3 discovery - possible dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>4.4m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 02m 50.69s +10d 24m 03.3s on 2015-11-10.907 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.6m (limit 19.8m).
The OT is seen in 4 images on 10Nov. There are 3 images with m_OT=18.6 2015-11-11 19:26:40/21:40:31UT.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-09-17.05250 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.4m.
There is no any source in VIZIER database, that means the 22m lim of POSS and ~23m on single Sloan survey images. So we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with amplitude more than 4.4m .
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/000250.69102403.3.png
