MASTER: bright PSN in IC2597 at SWIFT X-ray source position

MASTER OT J103747.94-270507.2 discovery - bright PSN(16.5m) in IC2597(12.8m)

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 37m 47.94s -27d 05m 07.2s on 2015-10-20.09346 UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (limit 18.7m).
This OT is seen in 9 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference images without OT on 2015-07-18 with m_lim=19.5. This PSN is in 7.8"E and 14.7"S from center of the elliptical IC2597 (12.8mag,(m-M)~32.2)
There is SWIFT X-ray source in 3.8" from our PSN - 1SWXRT J103747.7-270510 with 6.5" positional error at 68 % confidence level.

This may be accedental coincidente or it may be optical flare of the more distant AGN.

Spectral observations are required.
