MASTER OT J040152.71-203509.9 discovery - blazar outburst

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 04h 01m 52.71s -20d 35m 09.9s on 2015-10-11.02249 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (limit 20.6m). The OT is seen in 7 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-01-20.93122 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m. We have 3 images with m_OT=17.7 on 2015-03-24(18:21:27.645- 18:34:25.699)UT.
Spectral observations are required.
There is blazar candidate at this area.

MASTER OT J212903.52+141457.1 discovery - possible dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>4m

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 29m 03.52s +14d 14m 57.1s on 2015-10-13.58397 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8m (limit 19.7m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-09-12.69118 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.7m on 2015-05-14 01:59:54 with m_lim=18.7.
There is USNO B1 star with R1=19.49,B1=20.87, so we can suggest the dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>4m.

The discovery and reference images are available at http://observ.pereplet.ru/images/MASTEROTJ212903.52+141457.1.jpg

MASTER OT J213054.91+390209.4 discovery - dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>3.6m

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 30m 54.91s +39d 02m 09.4s on 2015-10-12.52861 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.0m (limit 18.4m).
The OT is seen in 13 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have previous outburst of OT on 2011-09-30 13:26:52.079 with m_OT=16.3m(3 images).
We have reference image without OT on 2012-08-12.74188 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m. There is USNO-B1 star with R1=15.3, R2=19.2, B1=15.4, B2=19.2.So we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>3.6.
Spectral observations are required.

The discovery and reference images are available at http://observ.pereplet.ru/images/MASTER213054.91+390209.4.jpg
