MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 42m 54.34s +15d 36m 42.8s on 2015-10-13.59661 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.8m (limit 19.7m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2011-09-22.57483 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m.
There is faint SDSS star J214254.30+153642.2 with r_mag ~ 22.6 .
Spectral and photometric observations are required.
