MASTER OT J054404.79-314655.2 discovery - PSN in 17.5"E,40.7"N from the center of PGC700974
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 05h 44m 04.79s -31d 46m 55.2s on 2015-10-11.04644 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (the limit is 20.1m).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
This PSN is in 17.5"E,40.7"N from the center of PGC700974
We have reference image without OT on 2015-02-19.81096 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/054404.79-314655.2.png
MASTER OT J015119.13-643046.6 - possible dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>2m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 51m 19.13s -64d 30m 46.6s on 2015-10-06.02544 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 19.0m (limit 20.3m).
There are 3 images with OT on 2015-10-06.025 and 2 images with m_OT=19.2 this night 2015-10-09.947UT (m_lim=20.2). There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference images without OT on 2015-01-11.80993 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m, on 2015-06-07 with m_lim=19.0, 2015-02-23 with m_lim=19.7, 2015-01-11 with marginally seen OT less brighter then m_lim=19.6. There is USNO B1 star with B1=19.52,R1=21.39,I=17.57, so we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>2m
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J194753.58-475722.9 discovery - opticla transient outburstwith Ampl>3m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 47m 53.58s -47d 57m 22.9s on 2015-10-05.85932 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.2m (limit 20.0m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference images without OT on 2015-02-24.12624 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.3m.
There is USNO B1 star with only R=20.46 and JHK=15.04/14.31/13.87. So we suggest the optical transient outburst with Ampl>3m
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTER194753.58-475722.9.jpg
