MASTER OT J233328.09-015847.0 discovery - possible supernova in PGC071745

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 33m 28.09s -01d 58m 47.0s on 2015-10-05.06922 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.9m (the limit is 18.5m). This PSN is in 29"E and 45.8"S from the center of PGC071745 galaxy.
There are 3 images with PSN in MASTER-IAC database, and 6 images in MASTER-Amur database (2015-10-05 14:36:17-14:53:25). There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference 200 images without OT, for ex., on 2015-09-11.93303 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.5m.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/233328.09-015847.0.png

MASTER OT J023714.71-464802.3 discovery - possible dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>2.8m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 02h 37m 14.71s -46d 48m 02.3s on 2015-10-05.06280 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.8m (the limit is 20.5m).
This OT is seen in 3 image. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-01-12.84694 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m. there is a USNO-B1 star with B2=21.13, R2=21.76.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTEROTJ023714.71-464802.3.png
