MASTER OT J045704.81+640247.6 discovery - new dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>4.7(no sources in VIZIER) and its previous outburst in 2012

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 04h 57m 04.81s +64d 02m 47.6s on 2015-10-02.16609 UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.3m (the limit is 19.4m).

The OT is seen in 6 images.
There is no minor planet at this place. We have more then 200 reference images without OT in MASTER databases since 2010, for ex., on 2015-08-04.19935 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.8m (MASTER-IAC).
There are 4 images with the previous outburst of this OT in MASTER-Amur database on 2012-10-20 13:42:21.986 and 14:28:59.912UT with m_OT=17.2. No any sources in VIZIER database inside 5", so we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with current amplitude more then 4.7m.
Spectral observations are required.
