MASTER OT J092544.53+341636.1 discovery - bright SN in UGC05015 or dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>6m

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 09h 25m 44.53s +34d 16m 36.1s on 2015-09-21.07233 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.6m (the limit is 17.9m).
There are 2 images of this PSN. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2014-12-21.09661 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.
This PSN is in 42.8"W, 1.5"S from the center of UGC05015 galaxy (Btot=15.5).
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTEROTJ092544.53341636.1.png

Taking into account the N9GO008958 star (GSC) with blue j=21.5, this OT has a possibility to be a dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>6m.
