INTEGRAL serendipitously pointed at the arrival direction of a neutrino detected by the ANTARES experiment, for which Swift/XRT found a possible X-ray counterpart (ATEL #7987 #7992 #7993 # 7994 GCN #18240).
The observing window starts nine hours after the neutrino event (from 2015-09-01 16:37 to 2015-09-02 12:07 UT) and no significant source is detected in the ANTARES 50% containment radius. Using the available 1.2 ks equivalent on-axis exposure with the IBIS/ISGRI instrument, we obtain a 3σ upper limit at the location of the Swift/XRT putative counterpart of 8 mCrab in the 20-80 keV energy band, corresponding to 1.8 ×10-10 erg/s/cm2.
