MASTER-SAAO: SN in bright ESO240-010 during Fermi trigger inspection

MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope started the inspection survey on the FERMI GRB150816.83 alert
(ra=23 42 52 dec=-36 08 58, error-box r=6.3deg) 24s after notice time GCN #18151.
MASTER auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 37m 43.22s -47d 30m 39.3s on 2015-08-17.18201 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.3m (the limit is 18.7m). This PSN is in 12.1W 16.3S from the ESO240-010 galaxy
There are 2 images with OT. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-08-07.98051 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.5m.
Spectral observations are required.
