MASTER OT J200554.05-364811.0 discovery - very short (<6 min) optical transient

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 05m 54.05s -36d 48m 11.0s on 2015-08-15.85505 UT.

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.7m (the limit 19.7m). There is no minor planet and known satellits at this place.

The OT is seen in both MASTER tubes simultaneously. We have reference images without OT on 2015-08-15.85042UT (with 19.7 unfiltered magnitude limit) and on 2015-08-15.859UT with m_lim=19.7. So this is very fast real optical transient.

There was no SWIFT, Maxi, IPN, Integral alerts at this time. The nearest in time alert was Fermi trigger 461361447 at 15 Aug 15 19:57:32 UT (a half of an hour earlier then OT's burst).

There is USNO-B1 star in 4", and WISE source (without JHK), but this is too far.

Spectral observations are required.

The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/200554.05-364811.0.png
