Outburst of CV ROTSE3 J031031.4+431115.0

Further to ATel#1272, we report observations of an outburst of the U Geminorum-type CV ROTSE3 J031031.4+431115.0 in unfiltered CCD images taken by the 0.45 m ROTSE-IIIb telescope at McDonald Observatory, Texas. The transient, located at (RA, Dec) = (03:10:31.40, +43:11:15.0) (J2000.0; uncertainty ~1"), was observed at 17.3 mag on Feb 5.11 UT, at 16.7 mag on Feb 9.14 UT, at 16.8 mag on Feb 10.15 UT, and at 17.3 mag on Feb 11.16 UT. The limiting mag prior to detection was 19.2. A light curve is available at:
