MASTER OT J191904.96-100652.5 - possible new CV

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 19m 04.96s -10d 06m 52.5s on 2014-11-13.63007 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 18.3m). The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-07-15.91687 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.2m.

There is nothing at this position in any catalogs and on DSS plates to the limiting magnitude ~21. Color-combined finder chart is uploaded to http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J191904-100652-ORIR5x5.jpg (2x zoom). Galactic latitude is -11 deg. This area of sky in Sagittarius is not covered by SDSS, GALEX, NEAT and Catalina Sky Survey.

Based on the amplitude of variability (at least 4m), MASTER OT J191904.96-100652.5 is likely a new cataclysmic variable (dwarf nova in outburst). Follow up observations are encouraged. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/191904.96-100652.5.png
