We report an optical spectrogram (range 330-850 nm) of the supernova candidate MASTER OT J013254.75-013727.2 that was obtained on 2014 Nov.12.61 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Observatories. The spectrum shows that is a type Ia supernova a few days after the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the spectral fitting tool Gelato (Harutyunyan et al. 2008, A&A, 488, 383) shows that it matches with SN 1994D at t = +3 days. Given a redshift of 0.0796 for the host galaxy PGC 1114159 from the 6dF Galaxy Survey Data Release 3 (http://www-wfau.roe.ac.uk/6dFGS), an expansion velocity of about 9900 km/s can be deduced from the Si II 635.5 absorption minimum.
