MASTER OT J031145.65+440919.6 = PS1-13eet - CV?

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 11m 45.65s +44d 09m 19.6s on 2014-10-03.81796 UT (0.5 arcsec error). The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (the limit is 18.8m).

The OT is seen in 3 images: 03.815, 03.818, 03.839 UT . There is no minor planet at this place.

We have reference image without OT on 2011-12-25.58789 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.4m.

We have 20 reference images up to unfiltered m_lim=19m in MASTER-Tunka observatory from 2010-08-28 17:03:34 to 2013-12-07 15:33:20, and 24 images with unfiltered m_lim from 18.7 up to 19.5 from 2010-10-18.968 UT to 2013-11-10.685 UT in MASTER-Kislovodsk observatory without OT at this coordinates.

There is a PS1-13eet , discovered at 2013/11/27.604 with 18.2 magnitude, but we have MASTER-Tunka image at 2013-12-07.627 UTwithout OT with unfiltered m_lim=19.1 .

There is SDSS star J031145.76+440919.8 at this place with Rmag = 23.1. Amplitude of this flare is more 5 mag. So it may be CV.

The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTERJ031145.65+440919.6.jpg .

Spectral observations are required.
