We are monitoring the possible radio counterpart of the new gamma-ray source TXS B1731+152A (ATel #6393, #6410) with the RATAN-600 radio telescope from 27 August to 5 September 2014. The measurements show that TXS B1731+152A is variable, and the mean fluxes densities are 195+/-35 and 160+/-35 mJy at 4.8 and 11.2 GHz respectively where errors indicate the variability rather than errors of measurements. Thus in contrast to ATCA measurements at 9 GHz (ATel #6415) we have detected the flat spectrum of the source with mean spectral index equal to -0.23. The compiled spectra of the TXS B1731+152A are plotted, where we collected the all former data from CATS data base. Measured spectrum indicates that there is the high-frequency variable component in radio emission of TXS B1731+152A. Usually such a component could be interpreted as a recent jet ejection. The light curves at 4.8 and 11.2 GHz are measured here. By the way near the source we have detected the point source TXS B1731+152B with very steep spectrum (spectral index = -1.1).
