We report additional observations of the suggested afterglow
counterpart of Fermi Trigger 430583595 (see Atel 6416), obtained using
the 1 m "Omicron" telescope at the Observatoire de la Cote D'Azur. Our
observations were obtained on August 26.1 and 28.1, some 1.4 and 3.4 days respectively after those
reported in Atel 6416. The proposed optical counterpart is still
present in our whitelight images, at a magnitude comparable to that
reported in Atel 6416. Hence there has been no obvious decay of the
counterpart on this timescale, suggesting it is unlikely to be the
counterpart of the Fermi trigger.
