We report optical spectroscopic observations of ASAS-SN transients (ATel #6252, #6269, #6277, #6283) obtained on UT July 7 with IMACS (range 3600-9600 Angstroms) mounted on the 6.5-m Magellan Baade Telescope. We used SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) to aid with the type and phase of the SN spectra.
