We report the discovery of two apparent novae in M31 on a co-added 900-s R-band CCD frame taken on Jun. 27.999 UT with the 0.65-m telescope at Ondrejov.

Designations, positions, offsets from the center of M31, and discovery magnitudes of the new objects are summarized in the following table:

TOCP designation CBAT designation R.A. (J2000) Dec. (J2000) Offset R.A. Offset Dec. R-band mag

PNV J00424097+4116171 M31N 2013-06a? 00 42 40.97 +41 16 17.1 37.8" W 8.6" N 17.0 +/- 0.15
PNV J00422866+4114126 M31N 2013-06b? 00 42 28.66 +41 14 12.6 176.6" W 115.9" S 18.3 +/- 0.15

The following additional R-band magnitudes were obtained using the 0.65-m telescope at Ondrejov for the PNV J00424097+4116171: Jun. 23.012 UT, [19.1; 27.980, 17.1 ± 0.15, and for the PNV J00422866+4114126: Jun. 23.012, [20.3; 27.989, 18.3 ± 0.15.
