Classification of four supernovae with WiFeS

We report spectroscopic classification of optical transients with the Wide Field Spectrograph (WiFeS - Dopita et al., 2007, ApSS, 310, 255) on the ANU 2.3m telescope at Siding Spring Observatory, NSW Australia, using the B3000/R3000 gratings (3500-9800 A, 1 A resolution). Discovery and classification information are found in the table below, targets were observed on 2014 Jun 11-12, and classifications were made with SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024).

(1) Match to SN 2002kf at z=0.025, consistent with redshift of host PGC 547157 (z=0.022516; Jones et al., 2009, 6dF Galaxy Survey Data Release 3).
(2) Match to SN 2006bp at z=0.021, consistent with redshift of 2MASS host (z=0.019487; Jones et al., 2009, 6dF Galaxy Survey Data Release 3).
(3) Match to SN 2004et at z=0.018, consistent with redshift of host PGC 061452 (z=0.018219; Dressler, 1991, ApJS, 75, 241).
(4) Match to SN 2004eo at z=0.048, consistent with redshift of host PGC 028871 (z=0.047987; Beers et al., 1995, AJ, 109, 874).
