MASTER OT J190929.14+751454.0 - possible supernova

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 09m 29.14s +75d 14m 54.0s on 2014-03-23.82110 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.6m (limit 19.5m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2010-09-05.59052 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.

The OT is located 1" north of the object USNO-B1.0 1652-0090974 (19 09 29.010 +75 14 52.83 B1=20.88 B2=20.33 R2=20.45) = GALEX J190928.9+751452 (NUV=21.55+/-0.27) = WISE J190929.10+751452.8 (W1=15.19 W2=14.38 W3=11.76 W4=8.83). Despite the stellar appearance of the object, UV and IR magnitudes tell in favor of the extragalactic origin. Color-combined (BRIR) finder chart is uploaded to http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J190929+751454-BRIR5x5.jpg (2x zoom). There is nothing at this position in 1RXS, 2MASS and AAVSO VSX. This area of sky in Draco is not covered by SDSS and CRTS.

MASTER OT J190929.14+751454.0 is a possible supernova. Spectral confirmation is required. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/190929.14751454.0.png

MASTER OT J131234.19+722827.9 - new CV

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 12m 34.19s +72d 28m 27.9s on 2014-03-23.90383 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.4m (limit 19.2m). The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2013-11-14.01800 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.3m.

There is a faint blue star within 1" of the OT in APM-North Catalogue (13 12 34.221 +72 28 27.30 bmag=21.80). Color-combined DSS finder chart is uploaded to http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J131234+722827-BRIR5x5.jpg (2x zoom). There is nothing at this position in 1RXS, GALEX, 2MASS, GCVS and AAVSO VSX. This area of sky in Ursa Minor is not covered by NEAT, CSS and SDSS.

Based on the amplitude of variability (~3m), MASTER OT J131234.19+722827.9 is likely a cataclysmic variable. Follow up observations are required. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/131234.19722827.9.png

MASTER OT J170611.58+564451.7 - new CV

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 06m 11.58s +56d 44m 51.7s on 2014-03-24.04866 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (limit 19.2m). The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2010-04-20.89404 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m.

There is a faint blue star within 1" of the OT in APM-North Catalogue (17 06 11.579 +56 44 50.97 bmag=21.74). Color-combined DSS finder chart is uploaded to http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J170611+564451-BRIR5x5.jpg (2x zoom). There is nothing at this position in 1RXS, GALEX, 2MASS, GCVS and AAVSO VSX. This area of sky in Draco is not covered by NEAT and SDSS. No previous outbursts were detected by CSS.

Based on the blue color and amplitude of variability (~4m), MASTER OT J170611.58+564451.7 is a dwarf nova. Follow up observations are encouraged. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/170611.58564451.7.jpg
