MASTER OT J163040.68+443034.7 - possible Supernova

MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 30m 40.68s +44d 30m 34.7s on 2014-03-11.79308 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.5m (limit 17.9m). The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2011-08-16.57623 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.6m.

The OT is located 7" west and 14" south of the center of galaxy PGC 58391 = MCG+07-34-101 = SDSS J163041.34+443048.5 (z=0.0316). Spectral confirmation is required. Discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/163040.68443034.7.png
