PESSTO, the Public ESO Spectroscopic Survey for Transient Objects (see Valenti et al., ATel #4037; http://www.pessto.org ), reports the following supernova classifications. Targets were supplied by the Catalina Real-time Transient Survey (http://crts.caltech.edu/), the La Silla Quest Survey (see Hadjiyska et al., ATel #3812), and the OGLE-IV Transient Search (ATel #4495; Wyrzykowski et al. 2012). All observations were performed on the ESO New Technology Telescope at La Silla on 2014 Feb 21 UT, using EFOSC2 and Grism 13 (3985-9315A, 18A resolution). Classifications were done with SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) and GELATO (Harutyunyan et al., 2008, A&A, 488, 383). Classification spectra can be obtained from http://www.pessto.org (via WISeREP).

(1) Spectrum shows blue continuum. See also ATel 5908 (2) Update to ATel 5912: line observed at 4500A is Mg II at z=0.612. The observed narrow lines at 6005A, 7835A, and 8080A are consistent with [O II] 3727, H-beta, and [O III] 5007 at the same redshift. (3) Very blue, with narrow Balmer emission at z = 0.077. Halpha with FWHM ~1400 km/s. Emission feature at ~5890A rest frame, possibly HeI. Absolute mag is now -18.7, transient still rising. No clear offset from host, potentially nuclear.
