MASTER OT J014638.27+041324.4 - bright PSN
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 46m 38.27s +04d 13m 24.4s on 2013-12-05.75104 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.5m (limit 19.0m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-10-12.95286 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.8m.
The OT is located 0.5" east and 10" south of the galaxy PGC 12652941 = SDSS J014638.24+041333.3. Spectral confirmation is required. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/014638.27041324.4.png
