A re-analysis of the current Swift-UVOT data reveals there is no conflict between the source position reported by Halpern (ATel #459). The Swift position is RA = 17h 53m 28.26s, Dec = 01d 27m 06.1s (J2000), 0.3" 1-sigma uncertainty. The previously reported position (ATel #553) contained a manually-generated 3" aspect error.
