We report that a spectrum of PSN J22042153+3944349 was obtained with
FLOYDS (wavelength range 320-1000nm) on Faulkes Telescope North on UT
Oct. 21.25 2013. The spectrum reveals it to be a Type Ia supernova at
or before maximum light. The redshift of the supernova is
consistent with that of the host galaxy, UGC 11895
(z=0.0156). Classification was performed via supernova spectrum cross
correlation using SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024).
