MASTER OT J070950.24+643802.9 - new CV?

MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 09m 50.24s +64d 38m 02.9s on 2013-06-24.60384 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.3m (limit 17.1m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-08-20.74648 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.3m.
Follow up observations are required.

MASTER OT J182122.59+614854.8 – new very bright CV?

MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 21m 22.59s +61d 48m 54.8s on 2013-06-26.63372 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 14.3m (limit 18.3m). The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-09-24.51126 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.2m. There is Galex source at this place.

Spectral observations are required.
