MASTER OT J194147.00+531847.7 - bright CV

MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 41m 47.00s +53d 18m 47.7s on 2013-06-15.58573 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.6m (limit 18.0m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-07-27.59161 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.0m.

This area of sky in Cygnus is not covered by SDSS, GALEX and CRTS. There is nothing at this position in USNO-A2.0, USNO-B1.0, GSC, 1RXS, GCVS and AAVSO VSX. There may be a faint (~21m) star hidden behind the diffraction spike of the nearby star USNO-B1.0 1433-0317963 (B2=12.70 R2=11.58 I=10.87) 15" to the east of the OT on the sum of digitized POSS plates and on combination of 6 Palomar/NEAT images taken on 2002 Sep. 24. Color-combined (BRIR) DSS image is posted at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J194147+531847-BRIR5x5.jpg

Based on the outburst amplitude (more than 5m) we suggest that MASTER OT J194147.00+531847.7 is a new cataclysmic variable, likely a dwarf nova of UGSU subtype.

Follow up observations are required. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/194147.00531847.7.png
