MASTER OT J113751.67+061231.6 - fast OT
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 11h 37m 51.67s , +06d 12m 31.6s on 2013-01-15.99 UT. Astrometrical accuracity is about 0.8 arcsec.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 19.0m (limit 19.7 m).
The OT is seen in 3 images.
We have 4 consequance images:

We have reference image without OT on 2013-01-15 23:11:29 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.5m.
There is SDSS galaxy J113751.72+061231.3 with 0.8 arcsec offset (inside our error box) with rmag = 19.3. This galaxy is represented as GALEX-DR5 source, WISE source, UKIDSS source.
There is no GRB at this time.
The 6 hours before FERMI detected Gamma trigger Num 379962642 with 7 degrees error box covered OT position.
The OT may be result of pre SN (shock breakout), AGN activity or Orphan nature.
Spectral, X-ray and other band observations are required.
