We report radio observation of the nearby Type Ic supernova CSS121210:112615+144039 (ATEL #4669) discovered by Catalina Sky Survey. The Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array observed the position of CSS121210 on 28th Dec. 2012 at 14.5 UT at 5.8 GHz with a bandwidth of 2 GHz. No radio emission is detected at the position of the supernova to the rms noise level of 22 microJy (1 sigma). This translates to 3 sigma upper limit of 1.3 x 10^{28} erg/s/Hz on spectral luminosity. We note that at the similar phase SN1998bw was brighter by about a factor of 10.
We thank the NRAO staff for approving these Rapid Response observations.
