MASTER OT J214401.69+173006.4 â CV or PSN?
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 44m 01.69s +17d 30m 06.4s on 2012-11-05.75256 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.6m (limit 19.5m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no sources in any catalog at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2010-10-26.75203 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.7m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J193114.22-071659.7 â new CV
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 31m 14.22s -07d 16m 59.7s on 2012-11-02.68057 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (limit 18.4m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2012-06-20.93339 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.3m.
This OT is within 4" from the blue star SDSS
J193114.32-071703.7 (g=22.78 r=22.24 i=22.19). There is nothing at
this position in 2MASS, 1RXS, GCVS and AAVSO VSX. This area is not
covered by GALEX and CRTS. The star is not visible on 6 images taken
by NEAT project on 2002 June 03 (limiting magnitude ~20.5).
There are 17 DSS plates available for this area of sky. The star was
in outburst on 1979 June 06 infrared plate but not visible on all
other plates. Based on the blue color, amplitude of variability and
presence of the previous outburst we conclude that MASTER OT
J193114.22-071659.7 is a new cataclysmic variable (dwarf nova). Follow
up observations are encouraged.
