The brightness of SN2009ip has leveled off at about 14th magnitude in V, R and I bands with little change over the past four days. We have noted a relatively blue (V-I) color averaging about +0.1 +/- 0.1 over the same period of time. We will continue to gather an post V, R and I photometry from the UIS Henry Barber Observatory (J.C. Martin), the Remote Observatory Atacama Desert (F.-J.
