OT MASTER J045303.80+182623.5 – PSN

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 04h 53m 03.80s +18d 26m 23.5s on 2012-09-25.00671 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.8m (limit 19.5m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. There is galaxy J045303.94+182623.2 in UKIDSS-DR8 Galactic Clusters Survey with 2 arcsec offset. We have reference image without OT on 2010-12-04.84472 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.3m.

Spectral observations are required.

OT MASTER J162741.16+362836.0 - Short OT

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 27m 41.16s +36d 28m 36.0s on 2012-09-24.56387 UT in two tube simultaneously. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 14.5m (limit 17.4m). There is no minor planet at this place. There is no GRB at this time. We have reference image without OT on 2012-09-24 13:00:04 UT (~30 min before) with unfiltered magnitude limit 17.9m.
Spectral observations are required.

OT MASTER223422.69+321307.3 - new Dwarf Nova

MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 22h 34m 22.69s +32d 13m 07.3s on 2012-09-24.62076 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (limit 19.0m). The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2012-08-20.73200 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.2m.

The star was in outburst on the POSS-II Red plate taken on 1986 Sep. 30 and not visible on eight other Palomar plates. It is present in GSC 2.3.2 catalog with coordinates 22 34 22.774 +32 13 07.30 and Fmag=18.11. The animation of 1986 and 1991 DSS Red plates is available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J22342269+3213073-DSS-anim.gif

Nothing is present at this position in USNO-B1.0, 2MASS, SDSS, GALEX, 1RXS and GCVS catalogs, as well as in CRTS data. This area was covered by Palomar/NEAT project on 7 nights from 2001 July 26 to 2002 Oct. 11. Nothing is visible on 21 individual NEAT images and on the combination of them (limiting magnitude 22.5). The inspection of SDSS image shows the star is fainter than ~23.5m at quiescence.

Based on the amplitude of variability we conclude that MASTER J223422.69+321307.3 is the new cataclysmic variable (dwarf nova) in outburst.
