OT MASTER J215411.92+332449.0 - PSN

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 54m 11.92s +33d 24m 49.0s on 2012-09-15 21:01:11.802 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6 m (limit 19.8m).

The OT is seen in 2 images.

We have reference image without OT on 2010-11-03 17:23:43 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9 m.

There is nonstar object N2ZF013692 (rmag ~ 19.8) in The Guide Star Catalog with 5.6 arcsec offset.

Spectral observations are required.

The discovery and reference images are available at: http://observ.pereplet.ru/images/ J215411.92+332449.jpg

OT MASTER J233834.36+700148.9 - ?

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 23h 38m 34.36s +70d 01m 48.9s on 2012-09-11.72984 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.5m (limit 19.3m).

The OT is seen in 2 image. There is no minor planet at this place. There is no objects inside 10 arcsec circle in any catalogs.

We have reference image without OT on 2011-12-26.48396 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.3m.

Spectral observations are required.

MASTER J010147.00+730046.6 - new CV?

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 01m 47.00s +73d 00m 46.6s on 2012-09-13.57476 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.1m (limit 19.7m). The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2011-09-05.67766 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m.

There is a faint blue star on the 2nd epoch Palomar plates with GSC coordinates 01 01 47.089 +73 00 46.57 and magnitudes F=20.15 and j=21.30. Nothing is present at this position in 2MASS, USNO-B1.0, GALEX and 1RXS catalogs, as well as in GCVS and AAVSO VSX. This area is not covered by SDSS and CRTS. Galactic latitude is +10.

We suggest that MASTER J010147.00+730046.6 is a new cataclysmic variable. Follow up observations are required.

MASTER J204552.23+203551.9 - new Mira variable

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 45m 52.23s +20d 35m 51.9s on 2012-09-11.87433 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 12.9m (limit 17.9m).The OT is seen in 16 images. We have reference image without OT on 2010-10-26.64094 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.

This object is identical to the star USNO-B1.0 1105-0538952 with the large variability between 1st and 2nd epoch blue Palomar plates (B1=20.26 R1=17.07 B2=16.02 R2=17.62 I=10.89) and to the infrared source 2MASS 20455231+2035524 (J=9.79 H=9.04 K=8.58).

Archival observations of this star can be found in ASAS-3 photometry database. ASAS 204552+2035.8 Light Curve covering 7 years is showing five maxima to 13.0-13.2m with the best period 299d.

Based on the red color, amplitude of variability and the long period we conclude that MASTER J204552.23+203551.9 is a Mira variable.
