In this Telegram, we would like to revise two comments made in the #ATel 4282,

1) " Finally, on July 12, 2012 the source activity decreased significantly and the source probably faded away below the detectable level of the SWIFT/XRT "

2) " Multiwavelength observations may be important in detecting the quiescent state of the source."

The source is still detectable with the SWIFT/XRT at very low level of its activity, and it has not yet reached the quiescent state. We would like to thank Dr. Diego Altamirano for informing us the present source activity.

Furthermore, we would like to mention that King et al. performed a detailed analysis of the source activities on May 9, May 14, May 30 and June 6, 2012, and reported these on June 13, 2012 (ATel #4173).
